HAITI - Update re. Donation

Thank you so much for your positive feedback from my last email. We are going to be gathering supplies and getting them to the folks that will be taking them down there this evening hopefully.
Following is an email from Kathlene regarding how you can make cash donations to Haiti:
Thank you to so many who have asked how they can donate financially to the needs in Haiti. The two options noted below are those with which we have had a long relationship and we can assure interested donors that the funds go 100% to relief efforts. The funds will be used to restock necessary medical supplies among other things. None of the donated money goes for administrative costs. Both are tax exempt 501c3 charitable organizations for which donors can earn a tax deduction.

1. Visitation Hospital

Visitation Hospital Foundation
237 Old Hickory Blvd. Suite 201
Nashville, Tennessee 37221

Visitation Hospital has information on their website by which donations may be made on line. Please see: http://www.visitationhospital.org

2. I.C. Haiti Fund
c/o Immaculate Conception Catholic Church
709 Franklin Street
Clarksville TN 37040

Donors sending checks to either organization may include DCH/Dr. Winslow in the memo line.

Please let me know if I can provide further information.

Thanks to all of you, known to us and still to be met, for your part in helping the people of Haiti. No kindness is too small....
