What’s happening at Denver Divers?

That dust billowing out of the hole at 557 Milwaukee is evidence of our next round of renovations.  Denver Divers’ pool, deck and locker rooms are getting a much-needed facelift!  By the end of September, the pool will have a new Diamond Brite finish studded with mosaics of marine life large and small.  The deck and expanded locker rooms will have new concrete floors. 

And that hole in front?  It will become a full-length window, allowing the pool to be flooded with sunlight in the morning and significantly brighter in the afternoon and evening hours.  

These changes enhance the renovations to the shop that have occurred since October 2009.  Our first step was to add a large show window and new glass doors at the entrance of the building.  We also brought in new electrical service to the building, replacing a previous “hodge-podge” of past service.
